1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ArmyReady mobile application ("App") or website at armyready.ai ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use ArmyReady.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArmyReady (operated by Ready Apps LLC, Ben Masek, Founder). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Not an Official Army Product — Informational Use Only

ArmyReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated on behalf of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, or any other government entity. "Army" and related terms are used descriptively to identify the audience the app serves, not to claim any official affiliation.

Information provided by ArmyReady — including but not limited to regulation answers (e.g., AR 670-1), promotion points calculations, ERB/ORB explanations, evaluation report guidance, MOS information, school prerequisites, and reenlistment bonus information — is AI-generated and provided for general informational purposes only. It is not official guidance and may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to your specific situation.

Before relying on any information from ArmyReady for an official decision, you should:

• Verify against the current, official text of the applicable Army Regulation or directive
• Confirm with your chain of command, S1/personnel office, or career counselor
• Consult JAG or appropriate legal counsel for any matter with legal or disciplinary consequences

3. Medical Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

ArmyReady is not a medical service. We are not doctors, licensed physical therapists, registered dietitians, or certified medical professionals.

The fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and training advice generated by ArmyReady are produced by artificial intelligence based on information you provide. They are intended for general informational purposes only and are not personalized medical advice.

Before beginning any new exercise program, you should:

• Consult with a licensed physician or healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, illness, or health concern
• Disclose all medications and supplements you are currently taking to your healthcare provider
• Seek clearance from a qualified medical professional if you are pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from surgery or injury

By using ArmyReady, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risk of injury, including serious injury or death
• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity and assume all risks associated with it
• ArmyReady, its founder, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or any program generated by it
• AI-generated programs may not account for your full medical history, physical limitations, or unique circumstances
• You are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits and stopping activity if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other warning sign

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use ArmyReady. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 17 years old. If you are between 17 and 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

ArmyReady is intended for individuals who are generally healthy and capable of engaging in physical exercise. If you have a known medical condition that limits your ability to exercise, you must obtain physician clearance before using this App.

5. Account Registration

To use ArmyReady, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at founder@sofready.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You may not create accounts for others, share your account with others, or use another person's account without permission.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial: ArmyReady may offer a free trial period with full access to the app, as described at the time of purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically.

Paid Subscription: After any trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Billing: Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your platform. ArmyReady does not collect or store your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law or Apple's/Google's refund policy.

Refunds: All refund requests must be made through Apple or Google. ArmyReady does not process refunds directly.

7. AI-Generated Content

ArmyReady uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized fitness programs and informational answers based on information you provide. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and has not been reviewed by a licensed fitness professional, physician, JAG officer, or career counselor for your specific situation
• The quality and accuracy of your results depends on the accuracy of the information you provide
• AI systems can make errors — always apply common sense, verify regulation-related answers against the official source, and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort
• ArmyReady makes no guarantee that any AI-generated program or answer will achieve your stated fitness, career, or readiness goals
• Content generated by ArmyReady is for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared commercially

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use ArmyReady to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or military order
• Provide false information about your identity, rank, health status, or fitness level
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from ArmyReady without permission
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

ArmyReady and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the app design, branding, AI system prompts, program structure, and written content — are owned by ArmyReady and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your personalized fitness programs and informational answers are generated for your personal use. You may not sell, distribute, or publicly share content generated by ArmyReady without our written permission.

By uploading progress photos or other content to the App, you grant ArmyReady a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content within your account. We will not use your photos in marketing materials without your explicit written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARMYREADY, READY APPS LLC, AND ITS FOUNDER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any injury, illness, death, or physical harm resulting from following programs, advice, or content provided by or through ArmyReady
• Any adverse career, administrative, or disciplinary outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated regulation or career information
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption
• Any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to ArmyReady in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArmyReady, Ready Apps LLC, its founder, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another person, or your negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ARMYREADY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ArmyReady shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clarksville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ArmyReady.

14. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App (Settings → Delete Account), through our data deletion form, or by contacting us at founder@sofready.ai. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ArmyReady at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
